Provider Information Requests

December 31, 2023, will mark one year since WEA Trust left the health insurance industry. Due to this, WEA Trust will not respond to provider inquiries after December 31, 2023. Please make sure that all claims, inquiries, and reprocessing requests are received by December 31, 2023.


The below online request form is provided to help us accurately answer your questions. Please complete the below online form and click on the "Submit" button. NOTE: Form response times may take up to 21 days.

  

  • Effective Immediately: We will no longer review claim status requests or files with the date(s) of service prior to 1/1/2022.  As a result, this means we will no longer be responding to requests you submit for the date(s) of service prior to 1/1/2022.  


  • Effective Friday, June 16, 2023:  We will no longer be supplying a duplicate copy of an Explanation of Payment (EOP)

                    ~If you are a provider that receives a paper copy of an EOP, you can check with Zelis 

                      ph #877-828-8770 or the Zelis Provider Portal for another copy. 

                   ~If you receive your EOPs/payment electronically, please check with your IT Department 

                     or Clearing House for another copy.


  • Effective July 2023:  Checks and explanations of payments will arrive separately.

   

NOTE:  WEA Trust no longer offers health insurance plans (effective 12/31/22); therefore, we are no longer accepting provider updates on location changes, provider additions/terminations, requests to change fee rates for 2023, etc.
