~If you receive your EOPs/payment electronically, please check with your IT Department
or Clearing House for another copy.
NOTE: WEA Trust no longer offers health insurance plans (effective 12/31/22); therefore, we are no longer accepting provider updates on location changes, provider additions/terminations, requests to change fee rates for 2023, etc.
