Value Choice Drug Plan
Welcome to the Value Choice Drug Plan. Health plan members who have this plan can use this list to determine the copayment level for many prescription drugs. If you are unsure whether you have the Value Choice Drug Plan, consult your Benefit Summary.
This guide alphabetically lists commonly prescribed drugs. It does not list every drug covered under the Value Choice Drug Plan. If you are prescribed a drug that is not included in this list or are unable to identify an alternative for any Tier 3 medication, please call WEA Trust customer service at (800) 279-4000.
Value Choice Drug Plan members automatically belong to a 90-Day Retail Network, which means you can get a 90-day supply of certain medications at participating pharmacies. Effective July 1, 2009, you can find 90-day network pharmacies by signing in at the CVS Caremark Web site. When you use the “Find A Local Pharmacy” feature, a “retail 90” logo will appear for participating pharmacies.
