 Just when you thought life couldn’t get any better—it did! Now you can get rewarded for participating in health and wellness activities.
The WEA Trust introduces an incentive program called Trust Rewards. Eligible members earn Reward Points by completing healthy activities at the Trust in Your Health Web site. Members can earn a $50 debit card and qualify for a quarterly prize worth up to $250.
Who is eligible to participate?
Trust Rewards is available to subscribers and their spouses/domestic partners who have a WEA Trust health plan as their primary insurance.
How does Trust Rewards work?
You earn Reward Points when you complete health and wellness activities on the Trust in Your Health Web site throughout 2010. Each activity is assigned a point value (up to a maximum). If you earn 25 Reward Points and remain a subscriber (or eligible spouse/domestic partner) with a Trust health plan as your primary insurer as of January 1, 2011, you will receive the $50 debit card.
How do I qualify for a quarterly prize?
Simply complete your WEA Trust Health Assessment or a quarterly Wellness Challenge and you’re automatically entered for all subsequent drawings. You can win only one quarterly drawing per year.
